Coaching will provide you with the support and clarity to get you from where you are to where you want to be in your life.  Examples of coaching situations may include determining your ideal career, preparing for a specific career change, creating better work/life integration, improving time management, increasing motivation and productivity, building confidence and self esteem, and creating happiness and fulfilment.

The coaching process starts with a free consultation where we will discuss your goals and desired coaching outcomes.  If we choose to work together we will agree on specific coaching outcomes and use those outcomes as the focus of our sessions.   I offer a variety of coaching packages and can work with you to create a customized package tailored to your specific situation.

For someone who has a specific area of focus and would like coaching to establish next steps. We will use the three sessions to work together to identify the specific steps towards your goal and create a plan of action.

For someone who desires a change and may lack the confidence, clarity or motivation to make the change.  We will work together to remove the internal blocks from making the change you desire. Coaching will help to identify your core values, assess where you are with these values, uncover your limiting beliefs, create new beliefs, identify next steps to reaching a goal and provide accountability toward reaching those steps.
